KBT CLINIC GOAL:
Provide athletes the necessary tools to maximize their potential, improve performance, and minimize risk for injury with total body strength and conditioning.
Student-athletes should dress in basketball gear.
- Correct warm up and cool down stretching techniques to improve flexibility, strength, balance and prevent injuries.
- Speed and agility drills to improve an athletes first step, lateral movement and ankle strength
- Body weight lifting to improve lower and upper body strength
- Put all the above into basketball drills and game scrimmages
** EACH ATHLETE IS REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR OWN BASKETBALL **
